With Planet Zoo: Console Edition launching on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S next week we're getting ever closer to cutting that ribbon and welcoming guests into your zoos!

We thought now is the perfect time to give you a closer look at how Planet Zoo: Console Edition will play on gamepads, including a peek at the controller maps and some gamepad gameplay.

Designing Planet Zoo for Consoles

To build the best possible experience for consoles, we’ve revisited and rebuilt Planet Zoo’s controls from the ground up with gamepads in mind. This means that players will have the same level of control and complexity, all within an easy to learn and navigate control scheme.
